Editor-in-Chief Christopher Prawdzik started Homeland411 in 2017 to fill a void in the homeland security news world with an ever growing and comprehensive spotlight on this dynamic community. He brings nearly 30 years of journalistic expertise to the table, which includes nearly two decades devoted to defense, military, and homeland security topics. Christopher spent eight years as a “Lifelines” columnist with Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps Times newspapers and served as senior writer and editor of National Guard magazine for five years. He also was editor of The Officer, the journal of the Reserve Officers Association, and most recently served as managing editor of Homeland Security Today magazine. His writing has appeared in dozens of publications, including The Washington Times, The New Republic, The Indianapolis Star, The Tampa Tribune, Washington Diplomat, and many others. Christopher also has extensive experience as a writer, researcher, and editor for public policy organizations in and around Washington, D.C.
Website Developer and Senior Editor Angela Logomasini, Ph.D., brings more than three decades of writing and editorial expertise to Homeland411, as well as extensive business and web development experience. She is also a Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), and her writings have been published in Forbes, The Huffington Post, New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, and other publications. Angela has appeared on CNN, CNBC, C-SPAN, Fox Business, and dozens of radio stations including NPR, CNN Radio, WBAL and others. Angela served as Legislative Assistant to Senator Sam Brownback from 1996-1998, advising the senator on energy and environmental issues. She also served as Environmental Editor for the Thomson Publishing’s Research Institute of America, where she and another editor developed a three-volume environmental compliance desk reference for Thomson affiliate Clark Boardman Callahan. Angela has Ph.D. in American Politics from The Catholic University of America.

Godfrey Garner holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Mississippi State University and is pursuing a second Ph.D. at the University of Southern Mississippi. After two tours in Vietnam and a lengthy break in military service, Garner rejoined and eventually retired from 20th Special Forces group in 2006. He completed two military and six civilian government-related tours in Afghanistan. He has written for a number of defense, homeland security, and foreign policy journals, and is the author of novels Danny Kane and the Hunt for Mullah Omar, Clothed in White Raiment, and The Balance of Exodus. He’s currently writing a textbook on the fundamentals of intelligence analysis. Garner is a permanent professor in Homeland Security at Mississippi College and an adjunct at Tulane University and Belhaven University.
